Is there a limit to the amount of time or work that I can request?

Nope! When it comes to UX work, one of the biggest concerns we've noticed from clients is that they are often not sure what to expect, which may lead them to never get started in the first place. DOUX eliminates that uncertainty by charging one upfront fee and letting you, the client, decide your money's worth.

How often can I meet with you?

All meetings can be scheduled through our Calendly link, which ensures clear communication and devotion to your project each time we meet. There is no limit to how many meetings you can set up. For quick or general questions, we are also available via email.

How fast can I expect to receive different deliverables throughout my project?

Given the nature of the work, all deliverable timeframes will be determined while working together. Typically, you can expect weekly turnaround times, give or take depending on the established deliverables.

Do the Quarterly or Annual subscriptions come with any extra features?

Not at the moment. Currently, the Quarterly and Annual offerings are available for those who are certain that they will require long-term UX services and would like to save money in the long-run.

Who else is on the team?

Right now... just me! Just like any type of consultancy, UX is a delicate profession and requires absolute consistency. However, as DOUX scales, the right partnerships will come into place.

What programs do you typically use for UX work?

One of the great things about UX is that it's a broad industry that offers tons of tools to choose from. Personally, I prefer programs such as Figma for design and prototyping, Deque's Axe Dev Tools for accessibility audits and reports, Google Lighthouse for website performance and SEO scores, and Calendly for scheduling, among many others.

What if I'm only looking for short-term UX work?

That's what's so great about our pricing model! If you're only looking for quick audits for your website or application or you're unsure about your UX needs, there is no commitment required. You're welcome to pause or discontinue your service and pick right back up where you left down the road if needed.

Do you offer any refunds?

Due to the nature of our effective pricing model, we do not offer refunds upon request for any of our subscription offerings. However, there is no charge for initial meetings where we discuss the scope of your needs.
